πΏ ABRAHAM’S SUKKOT πΏ
A FESTIVAL OF JOY
Long before our generations gathered beneath the branches, Abraham built booths at the Well of the Oath and celebrated a seven-day festival of joy.
The Book of Jubilees 16 presents Abraham as celebrating the feast with his household, blessing his Creator and rejoicing with all his heart and soul.
β…he celebrated a festival of joy… seven days…β
Jubilees 16:20
β…rejoicing with all his heart and with all his soul…β
Jubilees 16:25
β…a joy acceptable to the Most High…β
Jubilees 16:27

π₯ THE VASE AND THE LIGHT π₯
Our artistic portrayal of Abraham also draws upon the later History of a Vase tradition, in which Abraham carries an earthen vessel containing a flame associated with the altar.
This imagery represents the light carried through darkness and the faithfulness required to continue the journey toward Salem and Sukkot.
COME BUILD THE JOY WITH US.
